Most frequent questions and answers

Health and safety always come first. Therefore, due do COVID-19 pandemic, our services are 100% online. 

All of our services are provided via Zoom. We will guide you at the beginning of each course on how to use it efficiently. 

Preferably, yes. However, you can also take the session on a tablet or a mobile phone.   A good internet connection is recommended. 

We publish the dates of the courses on the home page as well as on each station page. Conversation and Exam Preparation courses have fixed dates. If you’re interested in tutoring sessions, you can start whenever you want. 

The Conversation Workshop is designed for intermediate to advanced level. 

Of course! We would love for you to join our course. 

Regarding the tutoring sessions, payment should be done weekly (Mondays). 

Regarding the Conversation Workshops and the Exam Preparation, payment should be done before starting the course. 

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our team and our other students, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a tutoring session. We will work on rescheduling your session in time convenient for both you and your tutor.  A no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the session. 

Your teacher will give you further instructions and will provide you with all the materials covered in class.
